The Apostle Paul went to Athens from Veria in year 51 to ship. Athens was completely different from the splendid city of classical times. The ship that brought the Apostle arrived in Faliro. On the spot from which St. Paul spoke to the Athenians expressed the view that he developed his teaching in the Body of the Supreme Court, based on the fact that one of its members, Dionysius the Areopagite, split his teaching.
